Our advanced interface makes heavy use of the W3C DOM. Therefore browsers that don't support it (or that don't support JavaScript) cannot access it. In addition the advanced interface does not work well for Explorer on Mac. Although theoretically it's supposed to support the W3C DOM, its support is slow and buggy (5.2: extremely slow and extremely buggy).
This webpage is supposed to be completely accessible, though. You're only missing an extra interface layer, not the actual content itself.
